When You Begin:

Shooting Star – During your first 15 days as a consultant you’ll have the opportunity to earn the opportunity to purchase an enhancement kit!  Sell 500 prv (personal retail volume) and you’ve earned!

Scentsational Start Award – You’ll have 70 days to earn one of 3 levels! Wow what a reward! The harder you work the better the award! You’ll be recognized from Corporate when you earn these prestigious levels.

SCENTSATIONAL START AWARD

LEVEL 1

HOW TO QUALIFY

  • Sell at least 1,500 PRV. OR
  • Sell 500 PRV and sponsor one new Personally Enrolled Consultant who hits 200 PRV! AND
  • Complete the First Things First checklist on your Workstation.

WHAT YOU EARN

  • $50 product credit!
  • Scentsational Start Level 1 lapel pin.
  • Certificate of Achievement

LEVEL 2

HOW TO QUALIFY

  • Sell at least 3,000 PRV. OR
  • Sell 1,500 PRV and sponsor one new Personally Enrolled Consultant who hits 200 PRV! AND
  • Complete the First Things First checklist on your Workstation.

WHAT YOU EARN

  • $125 product credit!
  • Scentsational Start Level 1 and Level 2 lapel pins.
  • Certificates of Achievement for levels 1 and 2.
  • Scentsational Start Award Warmer exclusively for Scentsat 2 or 3 achievers!

LEVEL 3

HOW TO QUALIFY

  • Sell at least 6,000 PRV. OR
  • Sell 3,000 PRV and sponsor two new Personally Enrolled Consultant who each hit 200 PRV! AND
  • Complete the First Things First checklist on your Workstation.

WHAT YOU EARN

  • $225 product credit!
  • Scentsational Start Level 1, 2 and 3 lapel pins.
  • Certificates of Achievement for levels 1, 2, and 3.
  • Scentsational Start Award Warmer exclusively for Scentsat 2 or 3 achievers!
  • Trophy

Annual Awards:

Annual Mentor Award – Is earned by personally enrolling 14 or more new Consultants who achieve the title of Certified Consultant (having sold 1,000prv) or higher during the qualification period, May 1 through April 30.

Your rewards include:
• Personalized trophy
• $25 bonus per Certified Consultant; $50 bonus per Lead Consultant or higher
• Recognition at our annual Reunion in July

Annual Sales Award – Is earned by personally selling 30,000 Personal retail volume in one fiscal year May 1 through April 30.

• Monetary bonus in addition to commissions
• Recognition at our annual Reunion in July
